I wanted to mention that this year went extremely smooth with our overseas freight. I was worried about it, mostly because we have a new warehouse in a new location with all new employees, using new ports and new customs brokers. The combination of Transcon and broker has been very easy to work with. I can’t thank you and your team enough for making this an easy transition for us. In the midst of a year that presented numerous issues to us, our ocean freight was smooth sailing. Dealing with a customs broker that works directly with our freight forwarder is a change I should have made years ago. It is also very nice not having to schedule my own inland freight carriers. Just thought you should know that we appreciate it very much.
